🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE economy shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.! This includes ground, curbside deliverystraight to your home — no extra fees, no surprises.
Because adjustable bases can be heavy and bulky, especially our larger models with all the bells and whistles, we want to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible.
That’s why we also offer an optional White Glove Delivery for just $199 — which is our actual cost. This service includes:
- In-home delivery
- Full setup and installation
- Removal of packaging materials
We highly recommend this option if you’re ordering a Queen, King, or Split King base; or simply want a hassle-free setup experience.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders are processed and shipped using the address provided at the time of purchase, and we are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been submitted.
Please note that saved addresses, browser autofill, Apple Pay, or other payment wallet features may default to older or incorrect addresses. We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
If an order is delivered to the address entered at checkout but is later found to be incorrect (including old addresses, missing unit numbers, or incorrect street information), Owen Holmes is not responsible for replacement, refund, or reshipment of the order.
In such cases, customers may wish to:
- Contact the current occupant or property manager at the delivery address
- Contact the carrier directly to inquire about package recovery or redelivery (when possible)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, including delivery confirmation and/or photo evidence, Owen Holmes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are happy to assist with carrier investigations when applicable; however, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis as a courtesy.
Courtesy Replacements or Discounts
In certain situations, and at our discretion, Owen Holmes may offer:
- A courtesy discount on a replacement order, or
- Alternative goodwill solutions
Such accommodations are not an admission of fault and do not establish an obligation for future orders.
