Adjustable Bases 

Please note that all of our products are warrantied against manufacturers’ defects.  If you have a question regarding our returns or warranty policies, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

All adjustable bed bases are final sale and not available for return.  If you need to cancel your order prior to shipping, please contact customer service at or on our website Chat and we willaccommodate you if possible. 

In the case of refusal of delivery, the customer not responding to attempts to contact them to arrange delivery, or the customer not accepting delivery in a timely manner, the products will be returned to our warehouse and the customer charged a 25% restocking fee.
