Owen Holmes- Return Policy
At Owen Holmes, we carefully select and design our products with your comfort and quality in mind. Because bedding and pillows are personal-use items, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once a product has been opened.
We do, however, stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If you ever receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right under the terms of our product warranty. For more details on coverage by product type, please review our Warranty Section, as some items carry limited warranties of up to 10 years.
What We Cover
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Warranty-covered malfunctions (per product type — see Warranty Section)
If you believe your product is defective, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue by emailing support@owenholmes.com. Our team will review your request and guide you through next steps.
What’s Not Covered
We want to be upfront about what our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Comfort preferences (e.g., pillow firmness, mattress feel)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Products not purchased directly from Owen Holmes or our authorized partners

Q: What if my product arrives damaged in shipping?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@owenholmes.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement if the item was damaged in transit.
Q: What if my pillow feels too firm or too soft?
A: Comfort is subjective, and we understand everyone’s preferences are different. Unfortunately, comfort preference is not covered under our return policy. Our pillows and bedding are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Q: What if my order is missing items or the wrong product is shipped?
A: We’ll make it right. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll correct the order at no cost to you.
